no what they do is they put ur face under this thing that blows hot steam on your face for like 15 minutes and it opens up your pores then they just squeeze out your blackheads and pimples and stuff. the squeezing hurts like a bee otch but the rest isnt so bad.

i did like a **** load, and a ton of blackheads! my mom was just like aubra your getting a facial but im glad i got it. it was worth the pain cause now theres NOTHING on my face
