I never got to see Travis and Allie dance, that is something I would really love to see. But I won't lie, I was a Tranji fan as well. :) Replace Donyelle with Allie and Heidi with Natalie and that would be a great finale for me.

I loved Season 2 and I am really glad that I got into it at the beginning of it because it was so amazing. But I am also looking forward to seeing the new dancers. Benji's sister. She tried out. She was in the Candyman video with Benji. If she makes it to
the top 20, i can see her going far just because of her relation to Benji. But I don't think they'll
let a swing dancer win two years in a row.

Do you remember that blonde chick who auditioned last year but she had to go home halfway through the audition process because of her foot? I can't remember he name but I really liked her, I hope she came back and makes it through to Top 20 (by the way, if you have any info on if she did make it or not if you know who I'm talking about, don't tell me).

Last season, I didn't hate Donyelle, I was just not a fan of her. I loved her broadway numbers and some of her solos were preatty good, but that's about it. Nothing of her's really "WOWed" me except the Hairspray number with Benji. I was a total Benji fan though, still am. I wonder if he will be back this season to perform like Nick was last year. That'd be cool. :D It'd be cool if Allison and Travis came back too for a night. Probably not though.

Tonight was srsly a joke. I wonder if they know that they have to show at
least a few good dancers. They screwed Jaimie over JUST like they screwed

So I take it I'm the only one who enjoyed the show tonight? hah Well, here's what I got:

I absolutely loved Anya Garnis and Pasha Kovalev (aka Hot Ballroom couple at the beginning). They were so hot and the moves were terrific. Is that the one Mary said was the best ballroom on the show ever? I disagree, but it was amazing, I'll give them that.

Early favs of mine would have to be Heather Zampier (aka hip surgery girl) and Faina Savich (aka Stanislov's sis). Heather had such fire and passion and she was really good! I'm so glad she got through, I love her personality. I hope she does well.And Faina was just superb. Good to see Stan back even though I was not a fan of him. I forgot how great he was. His sister though? Better imo.

Jamal Weaver (aka 2nd chance swing guy) is an entertainer, I'll give him that. I love his partnering a heck of a lot better than his solo. But if this show is to find the one dancer who is the best, then E Knock got jipped (that was the guy who partnered him for the "swing," right?). Jamal is a character and his swing was uber entertaining to me though it lacked something. It just all seemed so surreal. I love his personlity though too and I hope he really did do well with the choreography and the judges aren't being dumb. I wanna see what else he does.

Dancing Derrick? No comment. Okay, one comment, he named way too many dance moves. 1 or 2 would have sufficed, but he just kept going and going and I couldn't believe when it finally ended. His dancing was atrocious. I'm a pretty bad dancer and I think it's safe to say I'm at least a little better than he is (at least I really hope).

Hanna-Lee Sakakibara (aka May 24th bomb girl - anyone else notice that was exactly 6 years ago today? Weird and sad...) was not as good as I hoped she's be. I'm glad she got through for symaphty's sake and I hope she gets better but there wasn't much there for me to grab onto.

And I never thought I would say this (on the zefron forum of all places) but I've had enough of "Sex." Seriously, he was funny last year and I got a kick out of him, but this year it just went on a little too far. And that argument with his mother and Nigel went on even longer when they could have been showing the choreogrphy round instead or when they could have shown another amazing audition (like Jamie's because I'm really curious!). I feel really bad asking this but since I"m not familiar with Jamie, that makes me feel a little less bad, but is Jamie a guy or girl? Because there was this guy who did this amazing jump in this mini montage of great dancers and he kinda reminded me of Travis (I think he was wearing yellow? maybe brown or white? I can't remember). I was just wondering if you know who I'm talking about and that was him. If so, wow, go Jamie! :p

That's all I got right now. Over all, I give tonight's show a 7/10. Saw some amazing dancers, just not enough. :)

Talk about way early fav. I was in love with hok since last season. I was so sad when he wasn't able to go on. Seriously, if he does not make it into the Top 20, I will be so angry. That guy was off the freakin hook tonight. Who knew you could break to Aguilera? :p

Tonight's show was 10million7 times better than last week's. Holy guacamole. I had a lot to say for tonight's show but all I can remember right now is the Golden Inferno. I really wish he would have taken his mask off, I wanted to see what he looked like. I was surprised when Nigel let him through to the choreography. He was quite a personality though.

Oh! And Benji! Ah, my love! I was so happy to see him. I knew already from last week's teaser he was going to be there but still, so psyched! He made me smile. And his sister was amazing! I'm glad she did well.

I liked him too. I don't mean to be rude or anything though but Nigel's probably right. I know I didn't expect to see those moves from him. Considering his weight, he did do very well, but if I saw the exact same moves from someone who looked "fitter", I probably wouldn't be very impressed. There's probably a word for that but I don't know what it is.

The thing that got me though is how Nigel said that and then Mary I think it was said, "Do you think you look anything like the dancers we had here the last 2 seasons?" Um, hello? Allan (1st season) was a pretty big guy. I didn't think he was very special (at first) but they seemed to think he could tear up the floor. And I am not saying that because he was bigger, I am saying that because his moves did not impress me all that much. I'm not a professional though, so what do I know? hah But Allan did grow on me. :)

got cut. I'm almost positive he'll be top 20 this year. I don't think they'd
push him so much into getting his work permit only to set him up for

6 hours (or 7 not sure). I think I remember them saying they were having an encore presentation at 8, but I'm so watching it anyway. The more SYTYCD, the better.

So, this has nothing to do with the show but it is about dancing and I just need to rant. I'm taking this jazz dance class and I have to choreograph a solo routine and a routine with 2 other girls. You'd think that the solo would be harder but I was actually done with the solo within about a day or so.

The routine with the other 2 girls although is driving me insane! It took about an hour to finally pick a song (which I love but I'm so sick of we've listened to it 50million times) and it's taking us forever to get moves down. I always seem to be the one in the group who ever does anything and doesn't sit around going, "Um, what do we do? Let's sit here for 5 days and think," so I was ready with most of the routine already. Even though they had nothing, they still shot about 3/4 of my ideas down right away and didn't have any back up. I'm like, "Would you rather have something there that you didn't really like or nothing there and get docked down points because we just stood there!" grrr, and it really blows because I'm with a beginner and an intermidiate and I'm the advanced one so I keep forgetting which moves they can and can't do. So aggrivating. I feel like such a diva (prima donna... whatever).

Sorry, just needed to get that out. I didn't have the power or will to vent yesterday since I was dancing all day with 4 hours sleep (not a good idea for kate-kate).

^^^ i've definitely been in your situation. i was an officer on my high school dance team and we choreographed a lot of the stuff for our team and when we would have work days to come up with choreography i would want to work really hard to get things done but the others wouldn't really like all the ideas but they wouldn't really do anything about it either...it was really frustrating and i know what you're going through

But then again, there were seom great female dancers 1st season. In my opinion though, Destini didn't go soon enough. And which Ryan do you mean? Ryan from 1 or 2?

Anyway, but this is about 3rd season. I still don't know who Jamie is. I saw her name and picture at the end and that was about it. I was sad but not surprised to not see my clogger there. Maybe he will be back next year with more training, but then again, the competition gets tighter each year, I'm afraid he wouldn't make it too far again. :(

And again, very happy Lacey got through. I tried not to be so excited about her but I just love her! I was so sure they weren't going to put her through though.

I'm disappointed that the 18 yr old (dang can't remember her name) didn't make it. She was amazing x93 and she had just turned 18 like 2 weeks before auditions I think. She was tiny and looked 14. I hope she comes back next year, she has some mad talent and if she keeps working and learning, she will be even better next year. If I remember her name or see it later, I'll come back and edit.

I'm also a little sad the girl who lost her arm (Melissa? that is probably wrong) didn't make it. And not because she lost her arm (well, okay partly because she's such an inspiration) but she really is a great dancer. I wish her all the best.

^^I agree. It definetely has the potential to at least come close, but these are a completely different dancers than last year, so I'm thinking of course it won't be the same, like with each new season of American Idol. New batch of talent, fall in love with them for different reasons.

I am trying not to be so, "Oh, Allison and Ivan would have nailed that!" this year because that will keep me from enjoying it. I am just looking at it like it's a completely new show and even though I'll slip a few times, I will try my best to not think too much about how second seasoners would have done it.
