Who is in charge of this website?
My name is Kathryn and I am 25 years old. I am a Zac fan just like you. I am not Zac, a family member, or a member of his management team. I have been in contact with Zac since the website was created to help us keep the site up to date and as accurate as possible, but I cannot relay messages between Zac and his fans.
When was this site created?
Charismatic was created as a fanlisting on June 15th, 2004 and eventually grew into the massive site and community it is today.
Can I join the staff?
Right now we have all the help we need in maintaining the website and community but will post a public notice if this situation changes.

Where is the paparazzi section in the gallery?
At zefron.com we respect Zac and his privacy. Paparazzi are extremely intrusive and rude, we don’t support them following Zac or any celebrity around, therefore we would not use images they would do anything to sell on this website.
I’ve been an active member of the forum for some time, but I suddenly can’t post!
Nine times out of ten, this problem occurs when you have changed your e-mail address in your profile. You will need to reactive your account through e-mail to confirm your new address.
I have not visited the forum in a while, and now I’ve tried and I’m receiving the error of incorrect username or password, but I know it’s right!
Old, inactive accounts are removed from the forum on a regular basis. If you have not logged in for three months and had zero posts, or if you have not logged in for a year regardless of post count, your account has likely been deleted.

Does Zac answer his fanmail?
Zac does his best to make sure every fan gets a response through the mail, however he has thousands of letters and packages and a reply is not guarenteed. Zac appreciates all the fanmail he receives but he is very busy.
How can I get Zac’s autograph?
The best way to obtain Zac’s autograph is by writing to his fanmail address. I would not advise buying an autograph online, many times they are forged or copied. I am sorry but I cannot supply autographs to those who ask for them.
Have you ever met Zac?
I met Zac for the first time in January 2008. You can read about it here. I also met up with Zac in July 2010 during his Charlie St. Cloud promotional tour.
Will you design a site for me?
