How I became a member of staff: I became a member of the Merchandising Committee at the start. The members wanted something that could help generate revenue for the forum and after a while of thinking, the idea of a merchandise store emerged, and the rest is history! I became a member of the moderator staff in winter 2007. I had always loved helping others out on the site and I couldn't think of anything more helpful or rewarding than becoming a mod.
